Celebration of 77th Republic Day

                               Agrasen DAVPublic School celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great patriotism, dignity, and enthusiasm on 26th January in the school premises. The entire campus was beautifully decorated with tricolour flags, and patriotic posters, reflecting the spirit of unity, democracy, and national pride.

The celebration commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the National Flag by the Hon’bleChief Guest Shri N.K.Iyengar, Vice Chairman,Agrasen D.A.V Public School Bharechnagar, Principal and other esteemed Guests followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The moment filled the hearts of all present with deep reverence and a renewed sense of commitment towards the nation.Thereafter, a brief cultural programme was organised by the students. The programme began with a patriotic speech delivered by a student,Kanishka Agrawal highlighting the significance of the Indian Constitution, the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, and the responsibilities of citizens in strengthening the democratic fabric of the country. The speech reminded everyone that Republic Day is not merely a celebration but an occasion to reaffirm our dedication to the values enshrined in the Constitution of India.

                                                           This was followed by many graceful patriotic dance performances wherein students expressed their love for the motherland through rhythmic movements and meaningful expressions. The dances beautifully portrayed the diversity, unity, and rich cultural heritage of India, leaving the audience spellbound.

Adding poetic fervour to the celebration, a student recited patriotic poemand students sang Patriotic Song that echoed the spirit of nationalism, courage, and hope. The powerful words of the poem stirred emotions and inspired everyone to work selflessly for the progress and prosperity of the nation.

                                                          The highlight of the programme was the inspiring address by the Hon’ble Principal -Cum-ARO,Jharkhand Zone F, Nisikanta Kar. In his speech, the importance of Republic Day was eloquently explained, with special emphasis on the values of equality, justice, liberty, and fraternity. The Principal urged students to be disciplined, responsible, and law-abiding citizens, and to contribute positively towards building a strong and developed India. The speech motivated students to uphold moral values, respect the Constitution, and strive for excellence in academics as well as character. The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks and Shanti Paath.
